YEAR 3 HAVE BEEN WRITING ABOUT THE HYDRA, FROM GREEK MYTHOLOGY:

As Hercules approached the Hydra's swamp he heard an evil hiss.  The fierce Hydra slithered out in front of Hercules. on each head it had two huge teeth, a slimy body, poisonous breath and it was very furious!   - Michael.

As Hercules approached the Hydra's stream he heard a loud hiss.  The slippery hydra slithered out in front of Hercules.  It had slimy scales, green skin, poisonous breath and was angry!  - Shona.

As Hercules approached the Hydra's scary swamp he heard a noisy hiss.  The loud hydra slithered out in front of Hercules.  It had red eyes, forked tongue, twelve green heads and was wicked!  - Ashley

As Hercules approached the Hydra's big muddy swamp he heard a big loud hiss.  The scary hydra slithered out in front of brave Hercules.  It had twelve scary heads, one big body and a smelly poisonous breath.  - Shannon R.

As Hercules approached the Hydra's swamp he heard a non-stop hissssss.  The hisssssing hydra slithered out in front of Hercules.  It had disgusting poisonous breath,  eleven biting heads and massive ears which could hear anything and it was very, very, very, very angry!  - Blaise.

 A SELECTION OF ICT/ART WORK BY YEAR 6 :

We used pictures taken with a digital camera an applied different effects using Arcsoft PhotoImpression Software.  We had to think about colour, brightness, contrast and sharpness of the pictures. Can you identify all of the subjects?
